Please note  updated competition time sheets will normally be posted on the website  between 5 and 6pm the day before the competition. If it is to be any different information will be posted here.

To play  in a cup competition you must have played in 3 qualifying competitions in the preceding 365days to the Cup Competition.

At the committee meeting on Monday 6th January, the committee voted to remove the Local Rule, introduced on 1st January 2023 (and updated on27th June 2024) requiring all handicaps to be on the scorecard.

However, the committee would ask that to help the Handicap Committee & the player's playing partner, who will be marking the card that players put their Handicap Index, Course Handicap & Playing Handicap on their scorecard. Failure to do so will not incur any penalty.

Handicap Charts are now available at H/C Info/Course Conversion Charts

Competitions when your score is doubled or tripled. PLEASE NOTE the computer cannot double or triple your points. If the timesheet requires score Entry,  make sure  your gross scores and normal stableford points are correct and then after coming away from the PSI, if using, you can check your double or triple points and total.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO MARK A 4BBB STABLEFORD CARD PLEASE LOOK AT THE FORMAT PAGE TO SEE THE CORRECT WAY TO MARK A CARD. An incorrectly marked card could lead to disqualification!

Once you have looked at the format page if you still have a problem please ask Kathy or Caroline.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT UNTIL THE MORNING TO ASK THE ORGANISER as that is not their job!

Please note it is only necessary for one player per pair to certify the hole scores on the side's scorecard under Rule 3.3b(2)

 If both players fill in a card it slows play down!

Timesheets for this competition will be posted towards the end of the week beginning  Monday 16th June
